Roasted Potatoes with Thyme and Gorgonzola

1# small red potatoes

3 tsp olive oil
3tsp minced fresh thyme
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
3 tbsp crumbled gorgonzola cheese

In a large bowl combine the 1st five ingredients
Arrange on a greased cookie sheet & bake uncovered @ 425 for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender – stirring once.
Sprinkle with cheese
