1.5# flat iron steak or top sirloin steak
salt & pepper
4 tbsp butter softened
2tsp fresh parsley
2 garlic clove minced
1/2 tsp soy sauce
Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet cook steak in 1 tbsp butter (we BBQ and baste with butter)
In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients, pour over cooked steak.

Sloppy Joes
1# ground beef
1 med onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 cup ketchup
½ cup bbq sauce
2tbsp brown sugar
2tbsp cider vinegar
1tbsp mustard
½tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp pepper
In a large skillet cook beef onion and garlic until meat is done.
Drain
Stir in rest of the ingredients
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes
serve over toasted hamburger buns

A few pieces of broccoli (for Brian - He's the only one who eats it ;o)
1 can cream of chicken with herbs soup
1 lg carrots julienned
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove minced
1/8 tsp pepper
3 cups cooked spaghetti
In a large saucepan combine the first 7 ingredients. Cook uncovered, over med heat until veggies are tender. Stir in spaghetti & heat through.

Sweet & Sour Ribs
3-4# boneless ribs
20oz cut pineapple
2 8oz cans of tomato sauce
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup sliced bell pepper (any color)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 tomato paste
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic; chopped
salt and pepper
place ribs in slow cooker. In a bowl combine everything else, then pour over ribs.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hrs.
Thicken sauce if desired
