3-4# boneless ribs
20oz cut pineapple
2 8oz cans of tomato sauce
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup sliced bell pepper (any color)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 tomato paste
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic; chopped
salt and pepper
place ribs in slow cooker. In a bowl combine everything else, then pour over ribs.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hrs.
Thicken sauce if desired
